Targetings — There is no need for developers anymore when you want to ask your users in the certain points of Customer Journey. More than 100 targeting combinations will help you with that.
Sort — Special tools will help you process text comments and sort them into categories. This way you'll organize user feedback and understand which problems you have to work on.
